Offering Master’s Degrees and Doctorates in Acoustics
The University of Texas at Austin is one of the largest public universities in the United States and is the largest institution of The University of Texas System. Founded in 1883, the University has about 24,000 faculty and staff, and more than 50,000 students. Ours is a diverse learning community, with students from more than 100 countries and a student body that reflects the face of our society. African American, Hispanic, and Asian American students make up more than 32 percent of the enrollment, and 9 percent are international students. Apart from outstanding in academics, UT stands out with its iconic 27 story bell tower that can be seen all over the city of Austin. UT is home to the Texas Longhorns football team and is located in downtown Austin on a beautiful campus that spans 350 acres.
